At LUMINESS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not in love with your results, you can return or exchange your products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
